- [2023 父親節禮物](https://mtlin.org/2023/08/09/2023-父親節禮物/) - 自費無痛腸胃鏡，真的不會痛。 父親節當晚在公司吃飯前於男廁思忖出神時，被守東學長抓到。這裡謝謝他聽我吐露心聲後的分享與鼓勵，讓愚父我不那麼緊張。 檢前三天就要開始低渣飲食 (指的是「非常好消化」、「可以被腸胃道充分吸收而不易留下殘渣」的飲食方式)。原本早餐都有大量水果是有確實改到全無。但午晚愚父仍自以為是地照吃公司員工餐，不但有蔬菜，還有帶皮的油炸肉食。不過這三天進食過程中是有自覺地增加咀嚼次數與程度，使食物確實磨碎。 耐福力散 (Niflec powder) 的效果 (進入腸胃道後幾乎不會被吸收也不影響體內電解質平衡，利用其留滯在腸道內大量水分促進糞便的排除) 主要作用於大腸腸段，所以配合低渣飲食仍是必要的。健檢包中的說明書都有詳載低渣飲食，以及瀉劑施藥方式與步驟。 父親節當夜到超商買了瓶 2000 c.c. 的礦泉水，在 11 點前就照指示泡製好。因為沒有做好低渣飲食確保，本想於 11 點開始飲用的我決定自懲改到建議有最佳清腸效果的凌晨 2 點時段。鬧鐘準時叫醒我後分段開喝，個人沒有網路上講的喝了噁心或嘔吐的反應，每回都很順利地服用，本以為瀉劑效果會引起便意我就回躺床上用鬧鐘每 20 分鐘起來一次，輾轉睡到 3 點多覺得不妥怎麼還沒有想上廁所的意思，便把燈開得更亮讓自己更警醒來。不久就陸續開始跑廁所。過程中體感跟平時吃髒東西或因病而肚痛排泄的情況不全然相同，不會伴有肚或腸絞痛之類的疼痛感，但需要用點力協助排放的部分倒是類似。 健檢包裡的文件描述要受檢者凌晨 5 點後不要再喝任何水。但也有提到 2000 c.c. 瀉劑喝完後可以再多搭配水至多總和到 4000 c.c.。事後回想起我的歷程，就是輾轉入睡到 3 點多後才開始上廁所這段似有拖到時間，所以我並沒有總和飲水達 4000 c.c.。總之最後觀察馬桶已達澄清但仍略黃色。 到了醫院護理人員訪談確認狀況就了解到我並沒有完全低渣飲食，便先說明了相關顧慮與後果，當事人自然是瞭然於胸。陸續做了各項檢查，在抽血環節於右臂上留了針與外接頭 (兩周前才捐血，讓左臂休息一下)，供胃腸鏡麻藥施打之用。算是略嘗到太太當初中山醫院全餐配的脊椎針與接頭的感受，老婆辛苦了。 終於輪到我進到檢查室，此時不確定是護理師還是麻醉師又來詢問確保一次個人健康與準備狀況，是這次的討論中我才更明確理解到前述的這些瀉劑的作用原理，以及那另外 2000 c.c. 的重要性。甚至一度認為我是不是因為有抗拒喝藥的情況，還又提及其實有願意花錢就可以更好喝的瀉劑... 不禁莞爾。 躺上床後開始緊張，周遭全是女性，又是管線，又是針筒交遞往我身上招呼，最奇妙的部分莫過於上胃鏡咬口器，不知為何腦海裡浮現奪魂鋸片段...。鮮明地記得，主要是一句我剛躺上床後冒出來的指示：「你就正常呼吸到睡著。」後續當我誤以為連接到右臂針頭的管子已經開始送麻藥，可是我卻緊張得出奇地清醒時，緊張感一直上腦使我一直考慮要不要開口問護理師大大是不是有甚麼問題我怎麼沒睡著。隨即看到又遞來一支針筒後，感覺有了，我如釋重負地透過咬口器講出含糊的：「開始有感覺了...」，還沒有那個句號我就失去意識。(笑) 再醒來已經是在休息室。被攙扶到外面座位，當下還不能低頭因為一低頭會真的還想暈而往前栽下去。後續看到照片，醫生問診，知道結果後總算是如釋重負。 以上作為記錄，人生第一次胃腸鏡檢查。請務必知悉，每個人身體狀況各異，上述經驗並非一體適用或可複製，更無任何指示如何歡快度過檢查的意圖。 年紀到了，父親節在不同層次上有更多的意義與責任。笑著看孩子寫的卡片，希望自己不要忘記這些心路歷程。
