員工股票分紅 計價基礎又變
員工分紅費用化今年開始實施，上市櫃公司計算發放員工股票紅利的基礎為何？金管會卻變來變去。原本金管會去年 9 月宣布，以上一會計年度最後交易日的收盤價為計價基礎，但因為外界很多意見，昨（31）日決定，重新改回以股東會前一日收盤價為基礎。
